Perfect weekend in Barcelona
If it isn’t your first time in Barcelona and you saw already the most important sights of Gaudi, the typical things of the city and you know perfectly Las Ramblas; now you can discover the city in other point of view, feel the essence of the city as a citizen on a weekend.
If you start your weekend at Friday night, you can have a dinner in El Raval.
In La Rambla del Raval you will find a lot of bars to eat something like ‘’El Suculent’’.
Very near you can find romantic monastery of Sant Pau del Camp on the street
with the same name, and the environment as Robadors and Sant Ramon streets, where vintage clubs represents the other side of urbanism.
before going to sleep, like ‘’El Negroni’’.
Saturday Morning, you can get a breakfast in ‘’La Pubilla’’, very easy to arrive by Metro.
Walking down it’s a good idea come across with the Street ‘’Pau Claris ’’ to take a look in Jaime Beriestain is a Mix of a library, restaurant, furniture store, flower shop and cocktail bar.
Afterwards in Rambla Catalunya 2, you’ll find the Tapa’s Restaurant Ciudad Condal, with very good tapas of codfish.
Nearby you can visit El Born (another area near El Gótico and the maritime area) with a lot of places for tourists, but if you search a bit, you can find nice places like the bakery: Hofmann in Carrer dels Flassaders 44.
At night you can go to La Barceloneta, there are goods bars like Jai-ca ( that’s a very old one, that before was in the city center). There you pay the entrance, and then enjoy “all you can eat” system.
After that you can go to party in that area or have a romantic walk around the seaside.
Sunday morning, depends on your energy, you can visit Caixa Forum or Montjuic’s mountain with the incredible views.
Before leaving the city, you can eat in the area of Poble Sec, down of the mountain, in the Italian Del Véneto (Paseo de la Exposicion 85).
